The sustainable development of construction materials is necessary in order to allow future generations to prosper without compromise. We focus on reducing the cost, energy consumption, and environmental burden of materials while improving or maintaining their properties. This includes developing novel materials and material production processes.

The norm is to develop universal building materials or materials for specific global applications. However, at Manatee Consulting Limited, we understand that different regions have different technology (industry), geology (raw materials), and cultures (ways); thus, we concentrate on using what is readily available locally to our clients. The requirements and resources of our clients are the driving force of our solutions. 

We promote green, circular, and smart solutions by recycling and valorising local by-products and “wastes” through processing them into building materials.

We utilise both fundamental and empirical approaches. Additionally, we work closely with persons and organisations on different continents in order to satisfy all our clients' needs. Our network includes material scientists and engineers, civil and structural engineers, chemical process engineers, and architects.
