We have also been involved in the use of municipal, construction and demolition waste for the manufacture of cement and concrete. Our expertise includes producing alternative cements and application-specific binders.
Material Formulation, Testing, & Characterisation
We have expertise in developing novel material formulations and in identifying product specifications and deducing existing material formulations. We are also experienced in various materials extraction techniques. Additionally, we have the capabilities for characterising materials and laboratory quality control testing.
Process Modelling, Optimisation, & Scale-up
We have vast know-how in retrofit or grass-root chemical process design, optimisation, and scale up. This includes utilising both fundamental and empirical approaches.
Project Management & Implementation
We have extensive experience in coordinating and implementing both industrial and academic projects. This includes drafting documents such as: technical reports, risk assessments, materials safety datasheets, technical data sheets, funding and grant applications, and scientific articles. We can also act as a third party that ensures anonymity among project partners when required.
